How can you drastically improve your day in less than 60 seconds?
Sometimes we simply need to take a lesson from our kids. It is safe to assume that Jessica had an AWESOME day after her morning affirmation. Want to make your day great too? Follow Jessica’s lead and start the day with your own morning pep talk…
This is Great!
What great things do you have going on in your life? Do you live in a house? Be thankful for it! Do you have hair? While it may not cooperate all of the time, be thankful for it! By verbalizing what we are thankful for, we can concentrate on what we do have instead of what we don’t. This will improve our day because we will be grateful instead of disappointed.
I like my Allison!
Whom do you have in your life that you enjoy? Our relationships with others will bring us joy. Who do you like? Your mom? Your husband? The barista at Starbucks? Like Jessica, take 10 seconds to list off people that you enjoy. Take a moment to be thankful for the people in your life and spread the joy by telling those people when you see them!
I can do anything!
Unless you believe that you are going to reach your goals, you probably aren’t going to. Sometimes if you are struggling with confidence, simply verbalize your goals. If you hear it and say it enough times, you will start to believe it!
I dare you RIGHT NOW to do a victory dance and not smile…yep, right now….
I promise you that taking just 60 seconds to let go and do a victory dance will not only allow you to relax, but it will brighten your entire day.
