With every FitMomLife Custom Workout, you will also receive a workout log. With this log, you can record your progress, reps, weight and any other notes that you may have.
Here is an example of one way to use your workout log!
The most important part of the workout log is to record your reps and weight. Then you will know where to start the following week and you can celebrate your progress!
When you complete a section that doesn’t vary by rep or weight, you can write a note about it or show that it is complete by writing a star, smiley face, or whatever you would like! 🙂
