Step 1: After experiencing a food victory (successfully following your meal plan), give yourself a star (or whatever fun doodle or sticker you’d like.)

Step 2: After you dominate your workout, give yourself a star!

Step 3: Write a highlight of your week and celebrate it!

It is always a great day to celebrate. We created the victory chart for you to celebrate every daily victory you have. Trust us, you will love the chart. The stars can be addicting! This may be the extra motivation you need.

This is based on the Seinfeld Method. Once you get on a roll, you won’t want to break your streak!
