02 —– meet liz

HEY FRIEND!

Hey chica! I’m Liz. When I’m not working you can find me lifting heavy weights, walking outside in nature or creating a new recipe in the kitchen. I am a foodie at heart and I believe healthy food should be fun and enjoyable, which is also why I wrote my cookbook, Fitcookery! If I had to pick one type of food to eat for every meal it would be tacos #tacosarelife. I am also a connoisseur of coffee as my first job was a barista and I love making new coffee recipes that also provide protein, my favorite is a skinny salted caramel macchiato. I am a host! I love to have fun so I’m always up for hosting parties with family and friends or exploring new places and making the best memories with my handsome boys – Marcus, who looks 110% like my husband Art. My dream is to travel the world, explore exotic places and eventually retire with a small vineyard in France.

meet becca —– 03

HEY FRIEND!

My name is Becca and FitMom came to fruition because I fell in love with health and fitness after it changed my life multiple times in multiple ways. When I’m not nose deep into growing FitMom into the best company it can be, I am likely doing 1 of 3 things. Family – I’m a mom of 2 little ones (4 y/o Carson and 10 month old Tay Tay) and a wife to my husband Nick – who is my opposite in all the right ways. Our family loves family date nights, Sunday church, and lots of outside time! Working Out – My flavor of workout is heavy lifting and CrossFit. Secretly, I have a goal to compete in the masters division of CrossFit in a few years 🙂 Just another big crazy goal of mine. Food – I’m no chef, but I enjoy making yummy meals for my family, including my kids in cooking, and finding the easiest, quickest, most delicious meals to keep in rotation at our house. Also – give me a burger and sweet potato fries and you’re my new best friend.
